More Screeding in the Pipeline for Avonline.
Avonline Screeding has been awarded further screeding works at the 3 Glass Wharf project, which is located within the Temple Quarter Enterprise Zone in Bristol City Centre. The area is fast becoming the home to rapidly growing businesses, specifically in the digital, tech and legal sectors, with a number of prestigious companies relocating to the area. The build for the seven storey office project is being carried out by Wates. The developer is Salmon Harvester Properties Ltd. Wates and Salmon Harvester also carried out the design and build of the adjacent 2 Glass Wharf development, which Avonline also completed the screeding package on. The architects for this project are Darling Associates who also designed Anvil Gardens in Temple Quarter Enterprise Zone, which is currently under construction.
The 8-storey 3 Glass Wharf office project comprises around 115,000 sq ft of office space and features shimmering glass facades which reflect the site’s previous use as a glassworks. The floor to ceiling glazing and frame-less glass balustrades maximise the panoramic views, with balconies providing solar shading

When constructed 3 Glass Wharf will complete the development fronting the floating harbour, provide a new public amenity area and is part of a wider plan for a total redevelopment of the area, for which planning consent was approved in 2003.
